The cuisine is an art in itself. We tried several appetizers: • Pumpkin velouté soup – the most delicate texture, complemented by a "perfect egg" and the subtle aroma of smoked gaddock cream. • Lamb and pork belly – simply delicious! The meat was so tender it literally melted in your mouth, and the combination with the sauces and side dishes was flawless. For main courses, we chose: 1. Koatériad fish soup – incredibly rich, flavorful, and thick. A true taste of the sea in one bowl, highly recommended for seafood lovers. 2.
